• Unlike our other cast iron products, the Ooni Dual-Sided Grizzler is not compatible with induction hobs due to it's raised edges.
• You can also place cast iron directly over an open flame or on a barbecue grill.
• Care instructions: Hand wash when cool. Store in a dry environment. Never store wet. Products come pre-seasoned but will require re-seasoning during lifetime, refer to essentials guide for more detail.
