The warranty is valid only for grills or accessories purchased directly from Cookaburra BBQ Pte Ltd or through authorised Cookaburra dealers.

• Our promise to you is that during the applicable warranty period, our product will be free from any material defects in materials and workmanship.
• In broad terms, subject to the noted exceptions, this means that if the defect stops you from using the bbq grill, oven, spiral dough mixer or accessories
• Faulty component parts will be repaired or replaced
• If the fault is integral to the entire bbq grill, oven, spiral dough mixer or accessories, we will replace the whole unit.
• We will ask you to return the existing unit in this case, so that we can diagnose the issue.

• Reasonable wear & tear
• Discoloration or heat tarnishing
• Surface rust
• Water damage
• Excessive exposure to salt air conditions, sea spray and humidity (such as on a yacht, you lucky baller, you…)
• Severe weather conditions and natural disasters
• User error
• Minor distortions or warping caused by prolonged exposure to heat, where such warping does not prevent use of the oven,bbq grill, spiral dough mixer or acccessories
• Use of the ovens or bbq grills with incorrect fuels
• Any improper use of the unit

1. Proof of Purchase: Always keep your receipt or invoice. It's almost always required to make a warranty claim.
2. Original Packaging: Bring the defective item along with its original packaging and any included accessories for portable grills, ovens or spiral dough mixers only.
3. Service Process: We will assist in submitting the warranty claim to the principal company upon receiving your invoice as proof of purchase, product serial number, along with photos or videos of the affected parts. Please note that the final decision and outcome of the claim are subject solely to the principal company’s approval.
4. Warranty Exclusions: Be aware that warranties typically do not cover: misuse, physical damage, unauthorized modifications, water damage, or non-authorized service.
5. Warranty Extensions: Some brands or models offer warranty extensions (e.g., Ooni’s gas or multi fuel oven with 5 years of extension when you register the product.)
6. Local vs International Warranty: Warranty policies may vary by region. Products purchased from a different country may not be eligible for local warranty service — always verify.
