Shipping & Return

We currently deliver within Singapore only and do not offer international shipping directly at the moment.

• The Standard and Express delivery timeframe for Singapore orders is within 1-5 business working days. For Standard delivery, you will be able to receive your items based on Purchase Date + 3 to 5 working days. For Express delivery, you will receive your purchased item on the next working day.
• Please note that the expected delivery date/time is at our best approximation and will vary with circumstances such as shipping restrictions, payment authorization, online security checks and stock availability.

Our shipping rates are as follows:

• Enjoy free delivery on orders of $400 and above.
  
• For orders below $400, upgrade from standard to express delivery for $21.80.
  
• For orders above $400, upgrade to express delivery for $10.90.

• Our delivery services start from 11.00am to 6.00pm including public holidays except Sunday. For public holidays, our retails /service will cease at 5.00pm.
• We are unable to deliver to the following restricted locations/areas like other offshore islands like Pulau Ubin.

In such cases, Cookaburra will cancel the order and provide a partial refund, as third-party processing fees from Stripe or PayPal are non-refundable. The refund will equal the total amount paid minus the applicable processing fee.

• We currently deliver exclusively within Singapore and do not offer international shipping directly. Our island-wide delivery covers most areas, excluding certain restricted or remote locations, such as offshore islands like Pulau Ubin.
• For international shipping inquiries, please reach out to our customer service team.

Shipping fees are determined by your delivery address and chosen shipping method and will be displayed at checkout.

• For local delivery within Singapore, parcels typically arrive within 1 to 5 working days.
• For international delivery, shipping usually takes a few days up to 2 weeks, depending on the shipping method and the customs clearance process in the destination country.

To return a defective item:

1. Email us at support team with:Your order number, a description, photos or videos of the defect.
2. Our customer service team may contact you for further details or troubleshooting steps.
3. This return policy applies ONLY to defective products, such as bbq grills that fail to fire up within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect. We do not exchange products purchased by mistake or items incompatible with your grills, pizza ovens or spiral dough mixers.
4. All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging, along with any manuals, accessories, and bundled items.
5. Our customer service team may follow up again to ensure all details are correctly recorded.

• To return your product, you should return your product to Cookaburra , 1 Commonwealth Lane #02-19 Level 2, One Commonwealth Building, Singapore 149544.
• You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
• If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Yes you can opted for self collection at your preferred outlets except Bukit Batok warehouse during the operating hours. You will be notified by email or Whatsapp when ready for collection.
