- Cookaburra reserves the right to substitute any complimentary gift, amend the promotion, substitute rewards, or modify terms without prior notice
- Complimentary gifts are available while stocks last and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
- Complimentary gifts are not exchangeable for cash, store credits, discounts, or alternative items
- In the event of exchange, any complimentary gifts received must be returned in original condition. Failing which, the retail value of the gift may be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
- We currently deliver exclusively within Singapore and do not offer international shipping directly. Our island-wide delivery covers most areas, excluding certain restricted or remote locations, such as offshore islands like Pulau Ubin.
- For international shipping inquiries, please reach out to our customer service team.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping fees are determined by your delivery address and chosen shipping method and will be displayed at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
- For local delivery within Singapore, parcels typically arrive within 1 to 3 working days after the courier has picked up the order.
- For international delivery, shipping usually takes a few days up to 2 weeks, depending on the shipping method selected (economy or express) and the customs clearance process in the destination country.
Tourist tax refund
How can I request a tax refund?
Spend a minimum of SGD 100 same-day receipts at Cookaburra River Valley store only (244 river valley road) to meet this minimum purchase amount. Before making payment for your purchases, please inform the cashier that you wish to apply for your GST refund.
GST refund process
GST refund applications must be processed on the same day of purchase
To apply, present:
- Your original passport and eligible receipts
- The e-Pass sent to the email used for your SG Arrival Card upon entry into Singapore
Validation at Changi or Seletar airport
- At the airport, proceed to the eTRS self-help kiosk before check-in of luggage with your goods, receipts, passport, and travel documents. Scan your original passport at the eTRS self-help kiosk and follow the instructions shown on-screen
- Note: Do not pack away your purchases in your check-in luggage. You may be required to show your goods and original receipts at the Customs Inspection Counter.
- Important Notice: Please be advised that GST refunds for tourists are not applicable for online purchases. For detailed information on eligibility criteria and application procedures, kindly visit the official website of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) atĀ https://www.iras.gov.sg/taxes/goods-services-tax-(gst)/consumers/tourist-refund-scheme. CDC Vouchers
Do Cookaburra accept CDC vouchers?
Good news! You can now use your CDC merchant vouchers at our Cookaburra Sixth Avenue store. Please note that CDC vouchers can only be used in our physical stores and not online.
Pre-Order
What does "Pre-Order" means on Cookaburra?
- A Pre-Order lets you secure an item in advance, before its official release or arrival in our stock. Your order will be processed as soon as the item is available.
- Certain Pre-Order items may include exclusive benefits, such as special pricing or limited-time bonuses, available only while stocks last.
When will my Pre-Order items be shipped?
Estimated release dates are listed on the product page. Items will be shipped promptly once they reach our warehouse and are ready for dispatch.
Are Pre-Order shipping dates guaranteed?
Release and shipping dates are provided as estimates by suppliers and may change due to production or shipping delays.
Will I be informed if there are delays?
Yes, we will inform you by email or WhatsApp of any major updates or delays regarding your pre-order.
Are Pre-Order payments refundable?
Pre-Orders are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise or if we are unable to fulfil the order.
