I went to cookaburra to purchase a grill 2 years ago. It was cookaburra Super mini, everything was fine and I am very happy&satisfied with the grill. Today I drop by back to the same outlet wanting to get some spare parts and cleaning accessories. The sale staff was very patient and even took time to explain on the usage of the equipment to me even though the shop appear to be busy. I am also very surprise on how need and tidy is the display of the shop i would easier find the things I wish to purchase with a single glaze. Overall I am fairly satisfied with the service and products. Definitely highly recommend anyone who wish to purchase a bbq grill/equipment to visit cookaburra BBQ !
