Went down the store to look for a BBQ set and was impressed by the service of Yi Hang who patiently showed us our various options while running through the pros and cons of each set.
Had some teething issues after my first BBQ (due to my unfamiliarity with the BBQ set). I called the River Valley store and was quickly engaged by Kelvin who was responsive and helpful in troubleshooting.
Great before sales and after sales service 👍
