This does not include any replacement parts / repair work.

After you have place the order for the grill inspection, our technician will contact you as soon as possible to know your availability, and we will try our best to accommodate your preferred date / time for servicing.

Yes we provide repairwork and servicing for our brands: Weber, Cookaburra, Outback, Zgrill and Ziegler & Brown. For Zgrill, we are able to repair only these 2 models: ZPG 700D2E and ZPG 450A.

For other brands, we may not able to do the repairwork as we do not carry the replacement parts. However you may send photos of your bbq grills and we will try our best to assist you.

We carry most of our brands’ replacement parts such as Weber, Cookaburra, Zgrill, Outback and Ziegler & Brown.
