The Spectrum 2 burner is a high quality barbecue which features a hood which can be pulled down when cooking to create an oven effect, the in hood heat indicator allows the chef to monitor the temperature easily. This barbecue has a 48cm x 42cm cooking area which is covered with 100% grills and includes a warming rack which keeps food warm without cooking further.

There is a wooden base shelf and two fixed side tables.. This barbecue is built to last with rubber tyre wheels, an FSC Certified wood and metal trolley and stainless steel burners, these vapour bars sit under the grates which are used to cook foods and will catch any juices from the food as it is cooked, giving you a true BBQ experience and wonderful tasting food.
